JSSC Excise Constable Exam And Selection Process:-
Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission will conduct a three-stage process for recruitment.
- Written Exam
- Physical Test Examination (Qualifying Nature, No marks will be given)
- Medical Test Examination
JSSC Excise Constable Exam Pattern:-
Written Exam: There will be there papers (Paper-I, Paper-II, Paper-III) objective Type. check below image for more details:-
In Paper – I, Every candidate Need To Secure 30% Marks. Paper-I Marks Will Not Be Counted In Final Merit List. Final Merit List Will Be Prepared On The Marks Of Paper-II And III.

Paper I :
Negative Marking: 01
120 questions
Each question carries 3 marks.
Total marks are 360
Duration is 2 hours
There is a negative marking of 1 mark.
Paper 1 is qualifying in nature, and a candidate must score more than 30% to be eligible for Paper 2 and 3.
