LIC Apprentice Development Officer (ADO) Syllabus, Exam Pattern

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) Apprentice Development Officer (ADO) is a position in the organization for individuals who are interested in a career in the insurance industry. ADOs are responsible for selling insurance policies, recruiting and training agents, and developing new businesses. The position is a probationary officer role and is filled through a competitive exam. Candidates who pass the exam and meet the eligibility criteria are appointed as ADOs for a probationary period of two years. During this time, they are trained and evaluated on their performance. Those who successfully complete the probationary period are confirmed as permanent employees of LIC.
